Who We Are
LifeChief is a personal AI scheduling assistant that helps individuals coordinate their schedules, communications, and networks. It is not a commercial advertising platform and does not sell data.
Information We Collect
- Mobile phone numbers of enrolled recipients
- Email addresses used to interact with the Service
- Calendar event data from connected personal calendar feeds
- Inbound messages sent to the Service for question answering
- Opt-in and opt-out preferences
- Group chat data from connected messaging platforms (e.g. GroupMe, WhatsApp)
How We Use Your Information
- To send daily schedule digests to enrolled users
- To answer scheduling questions via SMS or email
- To manage opt-in and opt-out preferences
- To detect scheduling conflicts and surface relevant information
Who Sees Your Information
LifeChief is a private service. No personal data is sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. Mobile phone numbers and personal information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Third Party Services
- Twilio — used to send and receive SMS messages. Mobile numbers are not shared with Twilio for any purpose beyond message delivery.
- Anthropic Claude API — used to generate digest summaries and answers. No personally identifiable information beyond scheduling event details is transmitted.
- Google Gmail API — used to send and receive email communications with your consent.
- GroupMe API / WhatsApp Business API — used to read group messages from connected groups where the account owner is a member.
SMS Messaging
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your schedule and activity — typically up to 2 messages per day. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opt Out
Any recipient can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will immediately stop receiving messages and receive one confirmation. Reply START at any time to re-enroll. Reply HELP for support information.
Data Retention
Phone numbers and preferences are stored securely and deleted upon request. Calendar data is refreshed regularly and not retained beyond the current scheduling window.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will remove your information within 7 days of your request.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
