These Terms are an agreement between you and LifeChief LLC ("LifeChief," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using LifeChief, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
LifeChief reads the calendars, group chats, school notices, and other sources you connect, and delivers you a single organized view of what your family has going on — as a daily brief, as answers when you ask, and as coordination requests when something needs a decision.
LifeChief assists; it does not guarantee. We work hard to surface everything that matters, but we do not warrant that every event, change, or message will be captured, delivered, or delivered on time. You remain responsible for your family's commitments.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly at help@lifechief.ai if you believe someone else has access to it.
LifeChief lets you add other people — a partner, a co-parent, your children, a grandparent — so Chief can coordinate across them. When you add someone, you confirm that you have the authority or their permission to do so, and that the information you provide about them is accurate.
Some household members receive messages from Chief without holding their own account. Every mobile number we text has been consented and verified on that number by the person who holds it — adding someone to your household does not sign them up for text messages. Anyone can ask us to stop contacting them at any time, whether or not they have an account, and we will honor it.
You choose what LifeChief reads. When you connect a calendar, a group chat, a school portal, or a mailbox, you confirm you are entitled to access it and to have LifeChief access it on your behalf. You can disconnect a source at any time in Control Panel.
Content from your sources stays yours. We use it to operate the service for you and the household members you have connected, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at lifechief.ai/sms or in the LifeChief app — the only two ways to opt in — you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from LifeChief LLC at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to create or use a LifeChief account. You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are at least 18 years old.
What we send. Your daily brief, family coordination requests that need your answer, replies to messages you send Chief, and account or service notices.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your family's activity — typically 1–5 messages per day.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. LifeChief does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe. You can also turn texts off in Control Panel → Channels.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Changing your number. Tell us if you change or give up your mobile number so we do not text the person who receives it next.
Privacy. Your mobile number and your consent to receive messages are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
Where Chief prepares a purchase on your behalf, it stops before spending: nothing is ordered or paid for without your explicit confirmation in the moment.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we are required to act on by law. On closure we stop messaging you and delete or de-identify your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
LifeChief is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LifeChief is an assistive service, not a system of record, and is not a substitute for your own judgment about your family's schedule, health, or safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeChief LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed event, appointment, or commitment. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect, by email or in the app. Continuing to use LifeChief after that means you accept the updated Terms.
