These terms govern use of the LifeChief personal AI scheduling assistant ("Service"). By replying YES to an enrollment message or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Transactional notifications including schedule reminders, daily digest delivery, and family coordination alerts.
What the Service Does
LifeChief sends automated SMS messages and emails including daily schedule digests, reminders, and responses to scheduling questions sent by enrolled users. It is a private, personal coordination tool — not a marketing or advertising service.
Enrollment and Consent
Recipients are enrolled only after explicitly replying YES to a personal opt-in message. No messages are sent until explicit written consent is received. Enrollment is voluntary and may be revoked at any time.
Message Frequency
Enrolled recipients may receive up to 2 messages per day — typically a morning digest and occasional replies to scheduling questions. Message frequency will not exceed what is necessary for coordination purposes.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to re-enroll at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. The Service does not charge recipients for messages.

This Service is provided as-is. It is not liable for missed events, scheduling errors, or decisions made based on information provided. Always verify critical information independently.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
